【Abstract】 Based on the logic of resource exploitation and resource exploration,this paper analyzes the influences of FDI motivation on FDI location decision of firms in emerging market,and then discusses how firm′s R&D capability moderate the relationship between FDI motivation and the FDI location decision.Using the survey data of 156 Chinese firms first FDI,it makes a regression analysis.The result shows as follows:the firms in emerging economies and with strong strategic resource-seeking motivation prefer to invest into the countries with high economy development level;the firms with strong resource-seeking motivation prefer to invest into the countries with low economy development level;R&D capability moderates negatively the relationship between strategic resource-seeking motivation and FDI location decision.更多还原
