氨基与MCM-41改性石墨电极氧化还原染料酸性红G

【摘要】 研究用氨基与MCM-41对石墨片进行改性,以改性后的电极(NH2-MCM-41/C)氧化还原酸性红G(AR1)染料。通过对电压、p H值、电解质浓度、电流密度、电极间距和反应时间等参数的讨论,分析不同情况电极对酸性红G(AR1)染料的去除效果。结果表明:经过氨基和MCM-41改性后的石墨电极在电压为5 V、电解液p H值为7、电解质NaCl质量浓度为4 g/L、电流密度为15 m A/cm2、电极间距为1.2 cm、反应时间为60 min时,染料去除率最高。

【Abstract】 In this study, the graphite sheet loaded amine-functionalized MCM-41(NH2-MCM-41/C) were chosen as anode to degrade the Acid Red G(AR1) dye waste water. By studying the parameters of electric voltage, pH, electrolyte concentration,electric current density, electrode spacing and reaction time, the decolorizing effect of different conditions on the Acid Red G(AR1) dye waste water could be analyzed. The results showed that, while using the graphite sheet modified by amine-functionalized MCM-41(NH2-MCM-41/C), the dye decolorization rate can reach to the highest in the condition of electric voltage 5 V, pH at 7, electrolyte concentration NaCl of 4 g/L, electric current density at 15 m A/cm2, electrode spacing at 1.2 cm and reaction time of 60 min.
