【摘要】 运用DEA方法,对新疆及各地州农业高效节水技术的技术效率进行了测定。自2007年以来新疆农业高效节水技术效率2011年、2013年和2014年未达到最优,在全疆14个地州中有7个地州未达到最优,存在投入冗余和产出不足。提出今后新疆高效节水技术持续发展中财政补助资金投入要有针对性,加大南疆区域的农业高效节水力度,建立和完善工程项目资产产权管理和增加科技投入等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using DEA method,this paper analyzes the technical efficiency of agricultural efficient water-saving techniques in each prefectures of Xinjiang. The result shows that the efficiency from 2011 to 2014 did not reach the optimization; the efficiency in the seven of the 14 prefectures of Xinjiang did not reached the optimization; there exists redundancy input and insufficient output. It is proposed that the governmental financial fund should be more targeted in the future to increase the agricultural water-saving efficiency in the southern region of Xinjiang; the project and property assets management should be established and improved,and the investment in science and technology should be increased.更多还原
