Pb27Sb3Sn70包共晶合金的快速凝固特性
Rapid solidification and microstructure evolution of Pb27Sb3Sn70 package eutectic alloy
【摘要】 利用熔融玻璃净化方法研究了不同过冷条件下Pb27Sb3Sn70三元包共晶合金深过冷快速凝固特性,讨论了该合金的相组成、凝固路径以及组织形貌演变规律。实验结果表明:快速凝固条件下Pb27Sb3Sn70合金的相组成与近平衡条件下一致;随过冷度增大,初生相显著细化,由粗大枝晶向孢子状转变,且宏观偏析现象加剧。
【Abstract】 The deep supercooling rapid solidification characteristics of Pb27Sb3Sn70 ternary eutectic alloy was investigated by the molten glass purification technology.The effect of the undercooling on the phase composition,solidification path and morphology evolution law of the alloy were discussed.Results indicated that the phase compositions of the Pb27Sb3Sn70 ternary alloy are consistent in different conditions.With the increase of the undercooling rate,the primary phase was refinement with the microstructure changing from the bulky dendrite to spore shape,and the macrosegregation was enhanced with increasing undercooling rate.
