超声辅助提取栝楼皮黄色素工艺优化
Optimized Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Yellow Pigment from Peel of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim
【摘要】 以栝楼皮为原料,在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面法优化黄色素提取工艺.结果表明栝楼皮中黄色素的最佳提取工艺为,按料液比1∶30(m(g)∶V(mL))加入体积分数40%的乙醇,在60℃用175W超声辅助提取39min.在此条件下,栝楼皮中黄色素提取率达到0.323,与预测值相差不大.
【Abstract】 Through single factor experimentation and response surface methodology,yellow pigment was extracted from the peel of Trichosathes kirilowii Maxim by ultrasonic-assisted method.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:40% ethanol volume fraction,1∶30(m(g)∶V(mL))material-toliquid r atio,175 W ultrasonic power,ultrasonic-assisted extracting for 39 min at 60 ℃.Under those conditions,the extraction yield of yellow pigment reached 0.323.
