双级时效处理对TB8合金组织和性能的影响
Effect of double aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical property of TB8 titanium alloy
【摘要】 对双态区轧制的TB8钛合金进行不同的热处理,研究双级时效处理对不同固溶状态合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:无论是单相区还是双态区固溶,TB8合金在400℃预时效处理后强度显著提高,塑性下降;但是对比来说,双态区固溶样品的塑性明显优于单相区固溶样品,主要是由于在400℃预时效过程中发生了β相向ω相的转变。双态区固溶样品由于有初生α相协调变形,塑性较好。进一步进行600℃的常规时效处理后,合金强度继续升高,主要是因为600℃时效过程中α相借助ω相形核长大,形成大量的交错排布的细针片状α相。双态区固溶+双级时效处理后,合金强度显著升高,塑性可以保持较好水平,显示出明显的综合性能优势。
【Abstract】 TB8 titanium alloy bars rolled at bimodal structure region were treated at different temperatures,and the effect of double aging treatment on microstructure and properties of the alloy in different sloution state was studied. The results show that the strength of the alloy increases and the plasticity decreases after pre-aging at 400 ℃,but in contrast,the plasticity of the alloy solution at bimodal structure region is better than that at single-phase region,mainly due to the β phase transformation to ω phase during pre-aging at 400 ℃. The samples solution at bimodal structure region consists of α phase which can coordinate the deformation,showing good plasticity. After final aging at 600 ℃,the strength of the alloy increases due to the formation of crisscross acicular α phase with fine size,which nucleates and grows at the edge of ω phase. The strength of the TB8 alloy increases significantly and the plasticity keeps at a high level after solution at bimodal structure region and then double aging.
