焊后热处理对Inconel 617B时效性能和组织的影响

【摘要】 将Inconel 617B焊接接头试样及其焊后热处理试样在750℃下时效1000~5000 h,通过对比室温拉伸强度、硬度以及冲击韧性,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜分析两组试样的析出相,探讨焊后热处理对Inconel 617B时效性能的影响及机理。结果表明:时效前,焊后热处理试样母材区有析出相,焊缝区析出相数量略有增加。焊后热处理使Inconel 617B的强度、硬度升高,冲击韧性降低;时效后,焊后热处理试样析出相尺寸更大,随时效时间延长,两组试样析出相的尺寸区别逐渐减少。因此焊后热处理试样长时时效后的强度、硬度逐渐低于原始焊接接头试样,冲击韧性差值减少。

【Abstract】 The tensile strength,hardness and impact toughness at room temperature of the as-welded and post-weld heat treatment Inconel617 B samples after aging at 750 ℃ for 1000-5000 h were compared and studied,and the precipitates of the two samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Effect of post-weld heat treatment on the properties of the Inconel617 B during aging was studied.The results show that,before aging,there is a precipitate phase in the base metal zone of the post-weld heat treatment sample,and the number of precipitates in the weld zone increases slightly,and meanwhile its tensile strength and hardness increase,and the impact toughness decreases.The size of the precipitates in the post-weld heat treatment sample is larger than that of the as-welded sample after aging.With the extension of aging time,the difference in the size of precipitates between the two kinds of samples is gradually reduced.Compared with the as-welded samples,the ultimate tensile strength and the hardness of the post-weld samples are lower.However,the difference in the impact toughness between the two kinds of samples is decreased.
