Sc元素对Al-Mg-Si架空导线的组织及性能影响

【摘要】 在6201号Al-Mg-Si合金中添加微量的Sc元素,经过固溶时效处理后,研究了Sc元素对其组织结构、力学性能和电导率等性能的影响。结果表明:微量的Sc元素能显著细化Al-Mg-Si合金的晶粒,对合金的力学性能有很大的提升和优化,Sc含量为0.15%时,合金的抗拉强度增加到301 MPa,提高了49%,而导电率仅降低6.9%,同时Sc元素的添加也改善了合金的耐蚀性。

【Abstract】 A trace amount of Sc was added to Al-Mg-Si alloy,and the effects of Sc elements on microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the alloy after solid solution and aging treatment were investigated.The results show that trace Sc elements can remarkably refine the grain of the Al-Mg-Si alloy and greatly improve its mechanical properties.When the content of Sc is 0.15 mass%,the tensile strength of the alloy increases by 49% to 301 MPa,while the conductivity decreases by only 6.9%.Meanwhile,the addition of Sc element also improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
