【Abstract】 This article examines the features of the monetary and financial system in the Central African Economic and Monetary Community(CEMAC) area, analyzes past performance and points to future trends.It looks at the effects of the economic and exchange rate crisis faced by the CEMAC countries, and details China’ s strategic proposals on China-African financial cooperation. It also calls for greater attention to the financial risks in the less developed countries along the "Belt and Road" development program to promote a common China-African destiny.更多还原
