【摘要】 目的探讨Vimentin在人子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法及Western-blot方法研究子宫内膜腺癌组织及正常子宫内膜组织中Vimentin的表达。结果 Vimentin蛋白表达水平在子宫内膜癌组织中显著高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。Vimentin在子宫内膜癌组织的表达与年龄,FIGO分期,癌症分化程度,病灶大小以及肌层浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05),并与雌激素受体(Estrogen Receptor,ER),孕激素受体(Progesterone Receptor,PR)呈负相关。结论 Vimentin在子宫内膜癌中过表达,提示其可能参与子宫内膜癌的发病机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Vimentin protein in human endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Vimentin protein expression levels in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrial tissues were detected and analyzed by immuohistochemstry and Western-blot. Results Vimentin protein expression levels were significantly higher in endometrial carcinoma tissues than in normal endometrial tissues(P<0.05). Vimentin protein expression was significantly correlated with age, FIGO stage, differentiation, tumor size and infiltration depth of the endometrial carcinoma, with significantly negative correlation between Vimentin and ER, PR. Conclusion The overexpression of Vimentin might be involved in the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
