电蓄热材料的温度场传热模型特性分析

【摘要】 为了研究电蓄热的储热系统结构和工作原理,本文以氧化镁为蓄热材料,根据其传热特性对其进行具体分析。基于不同的供热工况,构建了电蓄热材料在蓄热过程中的径向传热模型,依据加热管的功率特性和模型参数,研究了加热管电流与储热装置的温度场关系,MATLAB仿真结果验证了模型的合理性。结果表明,储热装置的容量与加热管电流密切相关,且电流越大,储热能力越强。

【Abstract】 In order to study the structure and working principle of the thermal storage system,this paper took Magnesium Oxide as the heat storage material and analyzed its heat transfer characteristics. Based on the different heating conditions,the radial heat transfer model of electric heat storage material in the storage process was constructed to study the relationship of heating tube current and the temperature field of heat storage device according to the power characteristics of the heating pipe and the parameters of the model,the rationality of the model has been verified by MATLAB. The results showed that the capacity of the heat storage device was closely related to the heating tube current. The larger the current,the stronger the heat storage capacity.
