高温合金GH4169高速铣削力试验研究
The High-speed Milling Force Experiments on High Temperature Alloy GH4169
【摘要】 作为典型的难加工材料,高温合金铣削加工铣削力大,引起的切削振动对表面质量有很大影响,对高温合金GH4169进行了高速铣削实验,结果进行分析,发现:在铣削四个要素中,切削速度是影响切削力的显著因素;提高切削速度能够减小切削力。
【Abstract】 The high temperature alloy is a typical difficult processing material,its milling force is great,which causes cutting vibration that has a great influence on the surface quality. The high-speed milling experiments are done on the high temperature alloy GH4169,and the results show that the cutting speed is the notable factor which affects the cutting force among the four milling factors,improving the cutting speed could reduce the cutting force.
