稀土杂多钨酸盐对H2O2的检测
Detection of H2O2 Based on Lanthanide Polyoxotungstate Hybrids
【摘要】 利用二维稀土多金属氧酸盐作为仿酶材料,在缓冲溶液中实现了其对H2O2小分子的检测。实验结果表明在最佳反应条件下,化合物对H2O2检测的线性范围为0.27μmol·L-1,最低检测限(LOD)为0.39μmol·L-1,接近于辣根过氧化物酶的检测活性。为新型含稀土多金属氧酸盐仿酶材料的开发奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 This paper uses 2D lanthanide-polyoxometalate as H2O2 sensor,and achieves detecting of H2O2 the in buffer solution.The experimental results show that the detection range of hydrogen peroxide is 0.27 μmol L-1 and the detection limit is 0.39 μmol L-1 under the optimum reaction conditions which is close to the activity of horseradish peroxidase.This paper lays the foundation to new biosensors for small molecules based on polyoxometalate species.
