【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例急性面神经炎患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为治疗组(48例)与对照组(48例),给予对照组患者常规西医治疗(泼尼松片+盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊+甲钴胺片+维生素B1片),治疗组患者在西药治疗的基础上联合使用加味牵正散治疗。两周为1个疗程,患者接受2个疗程后评价其临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者在痊愈率、总有效率[(83.33)%、(91.67)%]方面均显著高于对照组[(60.41)%、(72.92)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性面神经炎的治疗,西药联合加味牵正散的中西医结合治疗可以取得较为满意的效果,可以在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of acute facial neuritis. Method 96 patients with acute facial neuritis were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases),the control group was given conventional western medicine therapy(prednisone tablets + Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules + Mecobalamin Tablets + vitamin B1 tablets),treatment of Western Medicine on the basis of the combined use of Jia Wei Qian Zheng San in patients in the treatment group. Two weeks for 1 courses,in patients after 2 courses of treatment to evaluate the effect of clinical treatment. Results The patients in the treatment group in the cure rate and the total efficiency[(83. 33) % 、(91. 67) %]were significantly higher than control group[(60. 41) % 、(72. 92) % ](P < 0. 05). Conclusion For the treatment of acute facial neuritis,western medicine combined with Jiawei traction powder can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy,which can be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
