【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗包裹性阑尾炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取58例包裹性阑尾炎患者,两组均给予西医基础治疗。随机将58例患者分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(28例),治疗组在西医基础治疗同时给予中药灌肠及外敷治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效,疗程1周。结果:治疗组在症状及实验室指标改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗包裹性阑尾炎有较好临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of parcel appendicitis patients. Method 58 patients with parcel sex appendicitis were selected,two groups were given basic treatment of western medicine. 58 patients were randomly divided into treatment group( 30 cases) and control group( 28 cases) and treatment group on the basis of the western medicine treatment for traditional Chinese medicine enema and topical treatment at the same time. Observation of two groups before and after treatment clinical curative effect,course of 1 week. Results Treatment group in improvements in symptoms and laboratory indexes were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
