【摘要】 目的:研究潮气呼吸肺功能检测在反复喘息婴幼儿中的诊断价值。方法:选取60例反复喘息婴幼儿分为实验A组(哮喘,30例)与实验B组(毛细支气管炎,30例),另取30例健康婴幼儿为对照组,于平静呼吸状态下检测患儿潮气呼吸肺功能。结果:试验A组、B组患儿TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE较对照组更低,RR更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验A组患儿TPTEF/TE(23.9±5.1)%、VPEF/VE(26.5±6.2)%、Vt(8.44±1.81)ml/kg,均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后试验B组患儿TPTEF/TE(15.9±4.4)%,较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:潮气呼吸肺功能检测指标对于婴幼儿喘息性疾病有良好的诊断参考价值,对患儿病理、生理特征有间接的反映,可用于支持和指导临床诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the function of tidal breathing lung test in diagnosis of recurrent wheezing in infants. Method 60 cases of recurrent wheezing infants were divided into experimental group( asthma,30 cases) and experimental group B( capillary bronchitis,30 cases),and the other 30 cases of healthy infants as control group,children with tidal breathing lung function was detected in under quiet breathing.
