【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析112例腹股沟疝患者,分别行腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术和开放式传统无张力疝修补术,每组56例。比较两组患者术中及术后情况、并发症及复发情况等。结果:TEP组患者下床活动时间、疼痛消失时间、术后住院时间均显著低于传统组(P<0.05),手术时间、住院费用显著高于传统组(P<0.05);术后并发症总发生率低于传统组(P<0.05);两组均未有复发患者。结论:TEP较开放式传统无张力疝修补术具有恢复快、并发症少等优势,但手术时间偏长,治疗费用也较高,可根据患者身体情况及经济状况进行选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect analysis of Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair for the treatment of inguinal hernia.Method 112 patients with inguinal hernia were retrospectively analyzed,by the laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair and tradition open tension-free hernia repair,56 cases in each group.Compared two groups’ patients with intraoperative and postoperative complications,and recurrence.Results Ambulation time,pain disappear time,postoperative hospital stay were significantly lower than tradition group( P < 0.05),the TEP group surgery time,hospitalization expenses was significantly higher than tradition group( P < 0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the conventional group( P < 0.05);Two groups had no relapse patients.Conclusion The TEP group with rapid recovery,fewer complications and other advantages,but the higher operation time and cost of treatment,can undertake choosing according to patients’ physical condition and economic status.更多还原
