应用高温固定点校准精密光电高温计
Calibrating Pyrometers with High Temperature Fixed Points
【摘要】 通过复现温度间隔相近的3个高温固定点黑体,可以实现0.65μm高温计在900-2 500℃、0.9μm高温计在600~2 000℃范围内的内插,不确定度最好水平分别达到0.3~1.2℃和0.3~0.6℃(k=2)。通过其他非分度固定点黑体和高温变温黑体的验证,2种波长高温计与高温基准温标的一致性优于0.1℃。应用高温固定点可以满足精密光电高温计接近国际最高水平的校准,提升高温校准的不确定度水平。
【Abstract】 A 0. 65 μm and a 0. 9 μm pyrometers are interpolated by three high temperature fixed points(HTFPs),the best uncertainty is estimated 0.3 ~1. 2℃(k=2) in 900 ~2 500℃ for the 0. 65 μm pyrometer and 0. 3 ~0. 6 ℃ in600 ~2 000℃ for the 0. 9 μm one separately. The pyrometers are also verified by the other fixed points and high temperature blackbody against the primary pyrometer, and the agreement is better than 0. 1℃. The HTPFs can be applied in the precise calibration of pyrometers to improve the level of measurement uncertainty in high temperature range.
