【摘要】 运用文献资料、逻辑分析、访谈等研究方法,针对农村体育公共资源均衡配置的执行路径(法规政策,政府职能,均衡制度,公众需求)、供给路径(强机制,尚文化,增透明,扩开放)、实践路径(成本分担,资源调配,体质测试宣传,健身效果公布)、公民参与路径(农民听证,农民调查,征询建议,协商与斡旋)和监督评价路径(问责机制,单列政绩考核,支付规划,督导检查)等进行分析。以期为促进农村体育资源均衡化配置及宏观调控提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using literature,logical analysis,interviews and other research methods,this paper analyzes kings of paths of the balanced allocation of rural sports public resources,for example execution path( law and regulation,government function,balanced system,public demand),supply path( enhance mechanism,advocate culture,increase transparency,expand opening),practice path( cost sharing,resource allocation,fitness testing propaganda,the fitness effect announcement),citizen participation path( peasant hearing,peasant investigation,solicit opinion,consultation and mediation),evaluation path( accountability mediation,separate performance evaluation,payment planning,supervision and inspection),and so on.
