【摘要】 作为全球瞩目的"视频再造教育明星",为实现以学习者为中心的个性化学习,可汗学院在优质教育微视频资源平台的建设及应用方面积累了一定的经验。笔者在梳理视频再造教育理念的基础上,在可汗学院运作、网站相关栏目设计、视频应用特点等方面重点分析了视频再造教育成功实现的有效途径,包括人员分工明确、资金走向透明化、重视技术运用、支持学习者与网站进行双向反馈等,可为国内教育视频资源平台更好地服务学生提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a " video rejuvenation education star",which is the world’s attention,Khan Academy has accumulated some experience in the construction and application of micro-video resource platform for quality education in order to realize learner-centered personalized learning. On the basis of combing the concept of video reconstruction education,the author analyzes the effective ways to realize the successful realization of video reconstruction education,including the clear division of labor,the transparency of the funds,and the emphasis on the operation of the Khan Academy,the design of the website and the characteristics of the video application technology use,to support learners and the site for two-way feedback,etc.,for the domestic education video resource platform to better serve students to learn from.更多还原
