论教师文化对教师专业发展的影响

【摘要】 教师文化是影响教师专业发展的重要因素。个人主义文化、派别主义文化、人为合作文化、自然合作文化这四种不同类型的教师文化,对教师专业知识的丰富、专业技能的发展、专业情意的提升有着不同的效应。积极建设充满正能量的教师文化是推动教师专业发展的重要途径。

【Abstract】 Teacher culture is an important factor of influencing teachers’ professional development. Teacher culture can divide into four types:individualism,balkanization,contrived collegiality and collaborative culture. These four different teacher culture have different effect on the rich of teachers’ professional knowledge,the development of professional skills,the improvement of professional affection. Construction positive energy of teacher culture is an important way to promote teachers’ professional development.
