【Abstract】 The appearance of "big data" puts forward to the new requirements of the teachers’ professional development in our country. Also some challenges to it, such as the decline of the classroom teaching quality, the education teaching idea lags behind,the teaching mode and the teachers’ professional knowledge structure and ability backward.
