“大数据”视域下教师专业发展的策略研究

【摘要】 "大数据"的出现对我国的教师专业发展提出了新的要求,同时也使得我国的教师专业发展受到了诸如网络化授课方式兴起而导致的课堂教学质量下降、教育教学观念滞后、教学方式落后以及教师的专业知识结构和能力有所欠缺等方面的挑战。教师如何更好地适应"大数据"时代的发展要求成为教育界研究的一个新的话题。本文立足于这一话题,追根溯源,并提出了转变教育教学观念、以学生为主导、树立重视学习观念、提高教学技能等教师专业发展的途径与策略。

【Abstract】 The appearance of "big data" puts forward to the new requirements of the teachers’ professional development in our country. Also some challenges to it, such as the decline of the classroom teaching quality, the education teaching idea lags behind,the teaching mode and the teachers’ professional knowledge structure and ability backward. According to this topic, this passage puts forward such tactics: changing the education teaching idea, dominated by students, attaching great importance to the concept of learning and improving teaching skills etc. And I hope they can be helpful to solve the problems matching to teachers self and our times.
