基于DEFORM-3D挤压成形工艺方案优化
Optimization of extrusion process scheme based on DEFORM-3D
【摘要】 以电动机转子杯为研究对象,通过UG软件做挤压结构三维实体模型,对挤压成形的工艺方案进行优化。利用DEFORM-3D塑性成形软件模拟等效应力场、等效应变场、速度场、温度场和成形过程损伤的变化。通过分析可知,在成形过程中表面受力均匀,无应力集中点。最后得出了挤压成形工艺路线为:下料→软化→最终挤压成形。
【Abstract】 With a motor rotor cup,the extrusion structure schematic diagram is made by means of UG 3D to optimized the extrusion process scheme.The equivalent stress field,equivalent variable field,velocity field,temperature field and the damage of forming process are simulated as plastic formation in DEFORM-3D.The analysis indicates that the surface force is uniform and no stress concentration points are formed during the process.The extrusion forming process can be shown as follows:blanking-softening and final extrusion forming.
