聚合物种类与介质类型对超饱和布洛芬与结晶性布洛芬在液态环境中的浓度影响

【摘要】 目的旨在研究聚合物种类及介质类型对超饱和布洛芬与结晶性布洛芬在液态环境中的浓度影响。方法主要通过模拟液态超饱和过程或加入结晶性布洛芬的方法,利用溶出仪测定不同时间点药物含量,分析9种聚合物与5种介质类型对BCSⅡ类药物布洛芬的浓度-时间曲线影响。结果 F127、β-CD和HP-β-CD具有更高的浓度,呈现更加显著的溶出加强与结晶抑制的综合能力。结论基于溶液浓度-时间变化曲线,在布洛芬的超饱和药物递送体系(SDDS)里,F127、β-CD和HP-β-CD是更加适合的聚合物载体,能够更加有效地促进结晶药物的溶出及抑制药物结晶。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of polymers and media types on the concentration of supersaturated and crystalline ibuprofen in liquid condition. Methods Based on the methods of simulating liquid supersaturable process and adding crystalline ibuprofen,the effect of nine types of polymers and five kind of media on the concentration-time curve of BCS Ⅱ drug ibuprofen were analyzed through measuring the content of drugs at different time points using dissolution apparatus. Results The results showed that F127,β-CD and HP-β-CD possess the higher concentration,presenting more significant comprehensive ability of dissolution enhancement and crystallization inhibition effects. Conclusion Based on concentration-time curves,F127,β-CD and HP-β-CD are more suitable polymer carriers in supersaturable drug delivery systems( SDDS),which can effectively enhance the dissolution of crystalline drug and inhibit the crystallization of drugs.
