【摘要】 目的:探索老年人共情能力、领悟社会支持与老年抑郁之间的关系。方法:采用人际反应指数问卷(IRI),领悟社会支持问卷(PSSS)及老年抑郁量表(GDS)对北京市511名社区老年人相关心理特征进行问卷调查,对数据采用相关分析,并用indirect宏程序检验中介模型。结果:GDS总分与PSSS总分、IRI总分呈负相关(r=-0.427,-0.212;P<0.01),而PSSS总分与IRI总分呈正相关(r=0.373,P<0.01),领悟社会支持在共情与老年抑郁之间起部分中介作用。结论:共情和领悟社会支持均与老年抑郁相关,领悟社会支持在社区老年人的共情能力与抑郁间起到中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship among empathy ability,perceived social support and depression of elderly.Methods:The Hebrew version of Interpersonal Reactivity Index(IRI)questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)were used to investigate related psychological characteristics of511 community elders in Beijing,and the correlation analysis and mediating model examining by indirect macroprogram were used on the data.Results:There was a negative correlation between total score of GDS and PSSS as well as IRI(r=-0.427,-0.212;P<0.01),while the PSSS scores was positively correlated with IRI scores(r=0.373,P<0.01),perceived social support was a partial mediator between empathy and geriatric depression.Conclusion:Empathy and perceived social support are associated with geriatric depression,perceived social support plays an intermediary role between empathy ability and depression of elderly in the community.更多还原
