【摘要】 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者一级亲属心理健康、社会支持、应对方式及心理韧性相关性。方法:选择精神分裂症患者一级亲属150例与普通人群(某企业、医院在职员工及某中学中学生)105例,分别测验症状自评量表(SCL-90),一级亲属同时测验社会支持量表(SSRS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及心理韧性量表(RSA);对一级亲属SCL-90总分进行排序,按照27%划界分组原则选取高分组、低分组各40例。对以上评分做对比及相关性分析。结果:一级亲属SCL-90总分及各因子分高于普通人群(P<0.05);高分组与低分组SSRS、SCSQ及RSA评分,除RAS自我知觉及将来计划无显著性差异外(P>0.05),其余各因子分及总分均有显著性差异(P<0.05);SCL-90与SSRS呈负相关(r=-0.117~-0.301,P<0.05);与积极应对除敌对、恐怖两个因子无相关性外,其余呈负相关(r=-0.115~-0.174,P<0.05),与消极应对呈正相关(r=0.151~0.257,P<0.01);与RSA除躯体化与自我知觉、社会资源,人际敏感与将来计划无相关性外,其余呈负相关(r=-0.102~-0.284,P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症一级亲属心理健康水平差;心理健康高分组心理韧性低,社会支持少,应对方式简单消极;心理健康与社会支持、应对方式及心理韧性有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between mental health,social support,coping style and resilience of first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 150first-degree relatives of patients who was diagnosed with schizophrenia definitely and 105 general population(a certain enterprise,hospital staff,and high school students)were tested by symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90),a first-degree relatives and social support scale(SSRS),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and mental resilience scale(RSA)respectively;firstdegree relatives were classified into high score group and low score group according to the up and bottom 27% of the total score of SCL-90.Results:Total score and each factor points on SCL-90 of first-degree relatives were higher than the general population(P<0.05 or 0.01);Except self-perception and future plan of the RAS,the scores of SSRS,SCSQ and RSA between High group and the low group were different significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01);SCL-90 scores were negatively correlated with SSRS(r=-0.117~-0.301,P<0.05 or 0.01);And except hostility,terrorism,SCL-90 scores were correlated with positive coping negatively(r=-0.115~-0.174,P<0.05,P<0.01),and with negative coping positively(r=0.151~0.257,P<0.01);And except somatization and self-consciousness,social resources,interpersonal sensitivity and future plan,SCL-90 scores were correlated with RSA negatively(r=-0.102~-0.284,P <0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:First-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia have poor mental health;Hige-score group have poor resilience less social support and simple negative coping styles;Mental health are correlated with social support,coping style and resilience.更多还原
