【摘要】 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染对中老年胃溃疡患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取2012年6月—2016年6月于我院住院治疗的中老年胃溃疡且合并幽门螺杆菌感染共120例(观察组),选取体检健康患者共100例作为对照(对照组),使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价两组及观察组患者根治幽门螺杆菌感染后的心理状态评分,并进行数据比较分析。结果:观察组患者的总均分(t=5.896,P<0.001)、躯体化(t=3.260,P=0.001)、强迫症状(t=3.431,P=0.001)、人际关系敏感(t=5.911,P<0.001)、抑郁(t=6.282,P<0.001)、焦虑(t=5.366,P<0.001)、恐怖(t=5.366,P<0.001)和偏执(t=2.274,P=0.024)均显著高于对照,差异均具有统计学意义。治疗后4周,观察组患者的总均分(t=4.272,P<0.001)、躯体化(t=4.116,P<0.001)、强迫症状(t=4.482,P<0.001)、人际关系敏感(t=4.592,P<0.001)、抑郁(t=6.859,P<0.001)、焦虑(t=5.254,P<0.001)、恐怖(t=6.800,P<0.001)显著低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:幽门螺杆菌感染可以导致中老年胃溃疡患者产生多种负面心理,根治幽门螺杆菌感染可显著改善患者的负面心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the psychological status of helicobacter pylori infection in elderly patients with gastric ulcer.Methods:from June 2012 to June 2016,a total of 120 elderly gastric ulcer patients with helicobacter pylori infection(observation group)in our hospital hospitalization were selected in this study,and 100 patients with physical health as controls(control group),using the SCL-90 psychological assessment scale to evaluate two groups of patients and the observation group of patients psychological state score after eradicating helicobacter pylori infection,and compare the data.Results:Patients total average score(t=5.896,P <5.896)and somatization(t=3.260,P =3.260),forced symptoms(t=3.431,P=0.001),the sensitive interpersonal relationship(t=5.911,P<5.911)and depression(t=6.282,P<6.282),anxiety(t=5.366,P<5.366),horror(t=5.366,P<0.001)and paranoid(t=2.274,P=0.024)were significantly higher in the obseryation group than that of the control group,differences were statistically significant.4weeks after treatment,Patients’ total average score(t=4.272,P<4.272)and somatization(t=4.116,P<4.116),forced symptoms(t=4.482,P<4.482),the sensitive interpersonal relationship(t=4.592,P<4.592)and depression(t=6.859,P<6.859),anxiety(t=5.254,P<5.254),horror(t=6.800,P<0.001)were significantly lower in the observation group than that before treatment,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion:Opylori infection can result in elderly patients with gastric ulcer to produce a variety of negative psychology,Eradicating helicobacter pylori infection can significantly improve the negative psychological status of patients.更多还原
