【摘要】 目的:对2016年上半年精神科住院患者危急值进行分析。方法:通过查阅医技部门危急值报告登记本及患者的病历对2016年上半年的危急值进行分析。结果:精神科住院患者检验危急值出现较多的是肌酸激酶(CK)、白细胞(WBC)降低、低血钾,分别占检验危急值的62.8%、35.8%、11.2%。心电图出现危急值较多的是QTC间期延长,占心电图危急值的83.6%。结论:明确危急值发生机制及风险因素,将对医院的医疗质量具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the critical value of psychiatric inpatients in the first half of 2016.Methods:To analyze critical value of psychiatric inpatients in the first half of 2016 by looking up medical department reports and patient’s medical records.Results:The high frequency critical values of psychiatric inpatients mainly included CK,the WBC,hypokalemia,respectively 62.8%,35.8%,11.2% of all.QTC interval prolongation was more common in ECG with critical value,accounting for 83.6% of the critical value of the ECG.Conclusion:To clarify the mechanism and risk factors is significant to the medical quality of the hospital.更多还原
