【摘要】 目的:为探讨舍曲林联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:被试随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组用舍曲林联合奥氮平治疗,对照组单用舍曲林治疗,治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周、1年后分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定治疗效果,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应,评定1年后复发率。结果:研究组在第1周时有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=6.53,P<0.05),两组HAMD评分比较在1、2、4周末及1年后有显著性差异(t=4.02,3.67,3.16,2.84;P<0.05),两组TESS评分比较无明显差异,1年后随访研究组的复发率低于对照组(χ2=4.68,P<0.05)。结论:舍曲林联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症起效快,安全性高,疗效好,复发率低,优于单一用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:Participants were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group was treated with sertraline combined with olanzapine in the treatment,control group with sertraline in the treatment.HAMD were used before treatment and after 1,2,4and 6weeks,after 1year.The Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS)were used to assess adverse reactions and 1year recurrence rate.Results:Research group in the first week of efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=6.53,P<0.05),and HAMD scores of the two groups were changed significantly after 1,2,4weeks and 1year(t=4.02,3.67,3.16,2.84;P<0.05),andTESS scores of the two groups had no significant difference after 1year(P>0.05);After 1year follow-up,the recurrence rate in study group was lower than that of the control group(χ~2=4.68,P<0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression has rapid onset,high safety,good efficacy,low recurrence rate,and is better than a single drug.更多还原
