【摘要】 近年来,东北地区服务贸易发展取得一定成效,有效带动了东北地区经济发展,但也存在服务贸易发展水平较低、服务贸易专业化人才稀缺、高附加值服务贸易发展不足等问题。应采取提升服务业开放质量、积极开发服务贸易新兴市场、注重培养服务贸易专业人才、打造东北地区特色服务贸易、提升服务贸易便利化水平等措施,促进东北地区服务贸易优化升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the development of service trade in Northeast China has achieved certain results and effectively promoted the economic development in Northeast China. However,there are also problems such as low level of service trade development,lack of specialized talents of service trade and insufficient development of high value-added service trade. We should take measures to improve open service quality,actively develop emerging markets of service trade,pay attention to training of professional talents,create the special service trade in Northeast China,improve the facilitation level of the service trade,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the northeast China trade in services.更多还原
