【摘要】 农村危房改造必须融入到农村的整体建设中,才能达到预期目标。农民收入结构分析是精准确定补助对象的基础,能够为科学制定农村危房改造规划策略提供依据。为此,通过对危房改造对象的收入结构分析发现,社会保障体系不健全、"啃老"陋习严重以及文化认同感缺失等现象阻碍着农村的发展。针对这些问题,提出与危房改造相融合的农村可持续规划策略,包括以完善农村社会保障体系为重点的社会规划,以土地流转和农村产业结构调整为抓手的经济规划,以传统文化的传承、创新和发展为主线的文化规划和以景观格局为统筹的生态规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dilapidated housing reconstruction must be integrated into the overall rural construction in areas in order to achieve the desired objectives. The analysis of peasants’ income structure is necessary to determine accurately the subsidy objects,and to draw up the scientific strategy of rural dilapidated housing reconstruction planning. This study analyzed the income structure of reconstruction peasants,and found that the imperfect social security system,serious NEETs habits and the lack of cultural identity are hindering the development of rural. To solve these problems,the strategies for sustainable rural planning integrating dilapidated housing rehabilitation were put forward,including social planning focusing on improving the rural social security system,economic planning hold of land transfer and adjustment of rural industrial structure,cultural planning starting from traditional culture inheritance,innovation and development and ecological planning taking landscape pattern as primary.更多还原
