【摘要】 如何进行协同创新已成为成德绵地区经济一体化发展面临的重要问题之一。本文在已有研究的基础上,分析了成德绵地区军民融合产业发展现状及在研发设计、生产制造、综合服务等不同环节的资源禀赋,根据城市群协同创新相关理论,构建了一个军民融合协同创新理论模型,并说明了模型的动力因素,据此提出相关配套政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to carry out collaborative innovation has become one of the important problems in the CDM( Chengdu,Deyang,Mianyang) area. On the basis of previous studies,this paper analyzes the military integration industry of CDM regional and the different resource of design,production manufacturing,integrated services of the CDM area. According to urban agglomeration collaborative innovation theories,this paper constructs a military integration collaborative innovation theory model and explains the dynamic factors of model. Finally this paper puts forward the implementation model of the relevant supporting policies.更多还原
