【Abstract】 In this paper,we take an innovation construction of the specialty of the detection guidance and control technology(UESTC) as an example,the major measures for specialty reform and innovation construction are introduced in detail.We study this topic from the aspects of innovative talent cultivation objectives,mode of talent cultivation,training and construction of course system,construction of practice teaching system,teaching staff and research group building.Aiming at the major problems faced to construction of the specialty,the corresponding measures are put forward to solve these problems.更多还原
