【摘要】 本文通过对A高校农科专业紧缺人才就业工作实际的梳理,发现农科专业紧缺人才校园招聘存在"招聘就业两难"、用人单位恶性竞争和性别歧视等问题,提出通过创新招聘方法解决用人单位燃眉之急、增加人才供给解决行业人才供给不足和提高就业服务质量促进充分就业的应对措施,以满足"社会需才、学校育才、学生成才"的需要。更多还原
