白山发电厂2号机组导叶漏水量测试计算与研究
Test Calculation and Research on Baishan No.2 Hydraulic Turbine Guide Vane Water Leakage
【摘要】 对于多年运行的老式水轮机,其导水机构漏水量会越来越大。由于漏水,使导叶密封面产生很大气蚀磨损,漏水严重时,导致机组潜动,严重影响机组安全运行。鉴于此,通过白山2号机组导水机构改造,采用精确方法测量改造前后导叶漏水量,解决机组漏水量偏大、机组潜动问题,将改造后漏水量减少到机组额定流量的3‰以下。
【Abstract】 Water leakage of hydraulic turbine wicket gates is a common problem. In this paper,through the transformation of Baishan No. 2 hydraulic turbine wicket gates,guide vanes water leakage transformation are measured by using accurate method. The problems of big leakage and unit creep are solved and reducing water leakage to below the rated flow rate of 3/1000 after the transformation.
