【Abstract】 This paper elaborates basic orientation,practice ability training and the reform on the managerial system that need special address during the cultivation of the full-time postgraduates pursuing professional degree.This paper also suggests that higher-learning institutions consider decentralizing the participating right,guiding right and evaluation right to industries or enterprises in the process of postgraduate admission,cultivation and degree level assessment.Furthermore,it suggests adoption of relevant policies and measures and gives a case of preliminary practice exploration in collaborative training between universities and enterprises.更多还原
