【Abstract】 I In order to implement the training plan for excellent teachers and cultivate excellentkindergarten teachers with solid foundation, strong ability, comprehensive quality and outstandingteaching ability, collaborative UGS training mechanism from three parties, i.e. university, localgovernment and kindergarten is explored and practiced from four aspects:recruitment, training,employment, and post career development. As a result, the professional curriculum system is improved.Moreover, the"into-garden"practice teaching is carried out, the multi-evaluation is implemented, andthe teachers’ professional culture is constructed.
