【摘要】 随着高等教育的大众化和教学改革需要,高校对基础设施的投入不断增加,由此产生大量的基本建设档案。高校基本建设档案除具有一般档案的真实性、原始性、专业性特点以外,还存在独有的周期长、内容复杂、反复利用等特点。由于重视程度不够,高校基本建设档案管理普遍存在管理制度不健全、手段落后、人员业务水平不高、建档不规范等问题。依据基建档案"两到位""三同步""四纳入"要求,高校应建立基本建设档案工作网络,明确责任,进一步推进基本建设档案的数字化管理,以提高高校基建档案管理水平,更好地发挥基建档案的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularization of higher education and the deepening of teaching reform,the investment in infrastructure is increasing.The basic construction of archives of colleges and universities is characterized by authenticity,originality and specialization.It also has the characteristics of long period,complex content and repeated use.Due to insufficient attention,the management of the basic construction of archives has problems as follows:the management system is not perfect,the measures are backward,the service level is not high and the filing is not standardized.Based on the requirements of archives management,that is "two places", "three simultaneousness", "four integrations",colleges and universities should establish the basic construction network,make clear the responsibility,promote the digital management further in order to improve the level of university archives management and play the role of basic archives construction better.更多还原
