【Abstract】 The current colleges pay much more attention on the academic competition. Therefore,it raised the level of the college managers.Based on it,by the help of the Internet and computer technology,it is imperative to design and develop the system which can manage the information about the academic competition.The paper puts forward the design idea and the structure of the system.
