【摘要】 目的了解长沙市育龄妇女人工流产现状及其影响因素。方法对在长沙市农村及城市医疗机构行人工流产的1 718例育龄妇女进行计划生育的相关内容问卷调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果长沙市农村及城市育龄妇女的重复人工流产率分别为69%和58%。行人工流产的原因主要是未避孕和避孕失败。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、户籍、收入均是育龄妇女人工流产的影响因素。结论育龄妇女人工流产发生率较高,需针对不同人群的不同需求开展有效的干预措施以保障其生殖健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of artificial abortion among women of childbearing age in rural and urban area of Changsha city.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1 718 women of childbearing age by an anonymous questionnaire.Results The repeated artificial abortion rate among women of childbearing age in rural and urban area of Changsha city were 69 % and 58 %;The causes of artificial abortion included contraceptive failure and not taking contraceptive measures;The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age,educational level,household registration and income were the influencing factors of artificial abortion in women of childbearing age.Conclusion The incidence rate of artificial abortion among women of childbearing age is relatively high,effective interventional measures should be taken targeting to different requirements of different populations to ensure their reproductive health.更多还原
