【摘要】 目的观察冷袋外敷法缓解输精管结扎术后痛性结节局部疼痛的疗效。方法 2009~2015年在广东省计划生育专科医院住院治疗输精管结扎术后痛性结节患者58例,观察采取局部冷袋外敷缓解痛性结节疼痛的效果,采用视觉模拟评分法评估住院前后的疼痛感觉。结果因痛性结节病程迁延,反复发作,58例患者住院治疗103次。冷袋外敷治疗后,疼痛均有不同程度的缓解,由重度疼痛大部分缓解为中度疼痛,少部分敏感患者甚至缓解为轻度疼痛,疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05)。冷袋外敷对疼痛缓解的疗效与住院次数的关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于缓解输精管结扎术后痛性结节的疼痛,冷袋外敷治疗短期效果较明显,但长期效果仍是有限的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe efficacy of cold compress therapy in relieving local pain of painful nodules after vasectomy.Methods 58 patients with painful nodules after vasectomy in the Family Planning Special Hospital of Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2015 were selected. The effect of pain relief by cold compress therapy were analyzed using visual analogue scale( VAS). The data of curative effect were analyzed. Results 58 cases had 103 inpatient treatments for prolonged and recurrent painful nodules. The pain was relieved in different degrees by cold compress therapy. Most of the cases were relieved from severe pain to moderate pain,and a small part of sensitive patients were even eased to mild pain. The pain scores after hospitalization were significantly lower( P < 0. 05).There was no statistical relationship between the effects of cold compress therapy and the times of hospitalization( P > 0. 05).Conclusion Short- term effect of cold compress therapy on painful nodules after vasectomy is obvious,while the long- term effect is limited.更多还原
