逆向调制无线激光通信全双工技术

【摘要】 为了弥补传统逆向调制技术只能实现单向通信的应用局限,文章提出了全双工逆向调制无线激光通信。分析了激光功率和调制形式对逆向调制系统的影响,借助仿真软件建模,搭建了双向相位/强度调制的正交逆向调制通信系统,分析了系统的眼图和波形。借助双根压电陶瓷设计了基于猫眼效应的反射角度改变的逆向调制器。在基于铌酸锂相位调制器的高速数据传输系统上,搭建了基于压电陶瓷的逆向强度调制通信系统,利用误码仪和示波器验证了系统的可行性。

【Abstract】 For covering the shortage that traditional Modulating Retro-Reflector( MRR) is one-direction communication,we propose Orthogonality Modulating Retro-Reflector( OMRR) to realize full-duplex communication. This article analyzes how laser power and modulation forms effect MRR. Modeling by Opti System,we construct duplexing OMRR system with phase modulation and intensity modulation,in which eye pattern and waveform of signal are analyzed. We have made an angle changing retro-reflector with two piezoceramics based on cat eye effect. At last,we construct an intensity modulation retro-reflector system based on piezoceramics in a phase modulation high speed communication system based on LiNbO3. By experimental study,we verify its feasibility by using bit-error tester and oscilloscope.
