图像传感器的摄像机在激光光斑图像采集中的应用

【摘要】 为改善激光光斑图像质量,设计新型基于图像传感器摄像机的激光光斑图像采集系统,介绍了三种修正图像传感器摄像机采集误差的措施,利用系统的图像传感器摄像机驱动模块给出图像传感器摄像机驱动脉冲,控制型号为YD-ZA724IR的图像传感器摄像机采集原始激光光斑图像,经信号处理模块将原始图像的模拟信号放大再变更成差分信号,排除干扰信号,供给模数采样模块的ads807e芯片转换成数字信号,采集到标准激光光斑图像,利用光学4F系统显示在系统计算机上。控制模块使用CC-EP418芯片为以上模块提供所需功能。最后通过实验验证了系统优质的可靠性和图像传输时间。
【Abstract】 For improving the quality of laser spot image,a new collection system of laser spot image based on image sensor camera is designed. This paper introduces three ways to modify the error of image sensor collection. Giving the drive pulse of image sensor camera through its image sensor camera drive module,collecting original spots by image sensor camera which is YD-ZA724 IR,changing the analog signal which is amplified into differential signal through the signal processing module to eliminate the interference,convert the ads807 chips of supply sample module into digital signal,display the standard laser spot image in system computer by using optical 4F system,using CC-EP418 chips by control module to support the function for the modules above. Finally,the experiment proves its reliability and image transmission time.
