预制装配式框架柱典型拼装节点精细分析
Numerical Analysis of Typical Assembled Joints of Prefabricated Structure
【摘要】 从预制装配式结构柱节点和现浇结构柱节点有限元建模入手,通过数值模拟,得到不同节点的滞回曲线,骨架曲线以及应力分布情况,并分析不同节点在低周反复加载下的力学性能和抗震性能,具体指标包括:刚度退化,强度退化,耗能能力,变形能力以及构件以及钢筋套筒局部受力情况。在数值分析的基础上,参考已有的足尺试验数据,认为预制装配式柱节点在的耗能能力和延性接近现浇节点;在刚度退化和强度退化方面,当构件处于较大变形状态时,预制装配式柱节点的刚度退化和强度退化情况较为明显,节点区变形情况相比现浇节点稍大;在钢筋套筒受力情况方面,由于受到多种因素影响,其应力集中于套筒下部,应力水平低于钢筋,安全性能有所保障。综上,认为预制装配式节点各项性能与现浇节点接近,可以在实际工程中进行应用。
【Abstract】 The prefabricated structure has the advantage of short construction time,low environmental pollution,low labor cost and high comprehensive benefits. Since the 13 th Five-year Plan,the industrialization of construction has been put on the agenda,some of the buildings has been required for the assembly rate. Largescale application of prefabricated structure will become a reality. With the application of prefabricated structure,seismic performance of prefabricated structure,whether a precast structure can replace a cast-in-situ one well became an important question.This paper will start from the finite element modelling of the prefabricated structure and the cast-in-place structure.After numerical simulation,we get data such as hysteretic curves,skeleton curves and stress distributions.After analysing the data of different components,we finally came to a conclusion that the seismic performance of prefabricated components is close to that of cast-in-site component.The prefabricated components have enough reliability,and can be applied in practical engineering.
