【摘要】 目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合降压药物对高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者的疗效。方法筛选解放军251医院心内科门诊2014年10月至2016年6月间连续就诊的高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者100例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规降压治疗,观察组在常规降压治疗基础上给予舒肝解郁胶囊和心理干预。结果观察组治疗6周后收缩压、舒张压均显著下降,焦虑、抑郁评分显著下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊对高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsules combined with antihypertensive drugs on hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression.Methods One hundred patients of hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression treated between October 2014 and June 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group(n =50)and control group(n =50).The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group was additionally given Shuganjieyucapsules and psychological interventions.Results After treatment of 6 weeks,these patients′systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the anxiety and depression scores dropped more significantly in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsules on hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression is remarkable.更多还原
