【摘要】 目的观察胃得安片对大鼠应激性胃溃疡炎性因子和胃酸分泌抑制作用,探讨其治疗胃溃疡的作用机制。方法大鼠随机分为正常对照组和造模组,造模组分为模型对照组(等容量氯化钠注射液),阳性对照组(盐酸雷尼替丁)和胃得安片低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。各组大鼠每天灌胃给药1次,连续给药2周。采用空腹冷水游泳法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型;采用ELISA法测定血清IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α、生长抑素、胃泌素、再生蛋白Ⅰ(RegⅠ)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)含量。结果与模型对照组比较,各给药组RegⅠ和PCNA的含量均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);各给药组大鼠血清胃泌素、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-2含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),生长抑素含量显著升高(P<0.05),其中胃得安片高、中剂量组差异最为显著,呈现一定剂量依赖性。结论胃得安片能够减少胃酸分泌,降低血清炎性因子水平,具有一定的抑酸、抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Weideantablets on inflammatory factors and gastric acid secretion in rats with stress ulcer,and to explore its mechanism.Methods Rats were randomly divided into the normal control group and model groups,including the model control group,positive control group(ranitidine hydrochloride),high,medium and low dose groups.Each group had 10 rats.Rats in each group were administered intragastrically once a day and for two consecutive weeks.The rat model of gastric ulcer was established by cold water swimming and fasting.ELISA method was used to determine the contents of serum IL-6,IL-2,TNF-α,somatostatin,gastrin,regeneration geneⅠ(RegⅠ)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA).Results Compared with the model control group,the contents of RegⅠ and PCNA were significantly decreased in each administration group(P <0.05,P <0.01).The levels of serum gastrin,TNF-α,IL-6and IL-2 were significantly lower in each administration group(P <0.05,P <0.01).The most significant difference was found in the high and medium dose groups,and a dose-dependent relationship was observed.Conclusion Weideantablets can reduce the secretion of gastric acid and the level of serum inflammatory factors.It has inhibitory effect on acid and inflammation.更多还原
