【摘要】 目的通过参与肿瘤患者的药物治疗实践,探讨临床药师参与患者治疗过程的方法。方法临床药师根据患者病情提供可行性的建议,参与制定治疗方案,关注患者在治疗过程中药物选择、是否出现不良反应等。结果临床药师在肿瘤科深入临床的实践中发现问题及时解决,降低药物不良反应发生率,提高患者的依从性。结论临床药师通过深入临床,对患者开展药学实践,发挥临床药师在药学服务中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effective ways in which clinical pharmacists participate in the treatment of patients with cancer.Methods Clinical pharmacists discuss medication regimens with physicians and raise feasible solutions according to patients′conditions by asking about the selection of drugs and any adverse reaction in the process of treatment.Results Effective pharmaceutical care decreases the adverse drug reactions and improveds patients′compliance,thus enhancing therapeutic efficacy.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can try to find the problems with medication in time and optimize medication regiments.更多还原
