【摘要】 目的通过对糖尿病及糖代谢异常患者开展围术期住院血糖管理,探讨如何更有效地做好患者术前、术中、术后的血糖管理。方法使用病案管理系统追踪2016年3-5月在我院手术且合并糖尿病及糖代谢异常患者168例为对照组,其围术期采用常规护理干预措施;选择2016年6-8月在我院手术的182例糖尿病及糖代谢异常患者作为研究组,在常规护理干预措施的基础上启用围术期血糖管理方案。比较两组患者术后低血糖、严重高血糖、围术期不良事件发生率和住院日数。结果研究组术后低血糖、严重高血糖、围术期不良事件发生率、住院日数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病及糖代谢异常患者经完整的术前识别和评估、规范的围术期血糖管理,其术后低血糖、严重高血糖、围术期不良事件发生率均降低,住院日数明显缩短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conduct the blood glucose management during perioperative period for patients with diabetes and abnormal glucose metabolism in our hospital,and to explore how to effectively manage the blood glucose of patients before,during and after the operation.Methods 168 patients with diabetes and abnormal glucose metabolism in our hospital from March to May in 2016 were selected as the control group,and treated with traditional nursing intervention during perioperative period;182 patients with diabetes and abnormal glucose metabolism in our hospital from June to August in 2016 were selected as the obsorvation group and treated with the perioperative blood glucose management program traditional nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia,severe hyperglycemia,perioperative adverse events and the number of days of hospitalization were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia,severe hyperglycemia,perioperative adverse events,and the number of days of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion If patients with diabetes and abnormal glucose metabolism received complete preoperative recognition,evaluation and standardized management of blood glucose during perioperative period,their incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia,severe hyperglycemia,perioperative adverse event decreased and their lengths of hospitalization were significantly shortened.更多还原
