【摘要】 目的检验简版老年人生活质量问卷(brief older people’s quality of life questionnaire,OPQOL-brief)应用于社区老年人的信度与效度。方法 2015年7-11月,目的抽样法选取济南市市中区、历下区的13个社区536名老年人为研究对象。采用中文版OPQOL-brief量表对其进行调查,以验证该工具的信效度。结果 OPQOL-brief保留13个条目,各条目与总分呈正相关(r=0.61~0.79,P<0.001)。探索性因子分析共提取1个公因子,累计方差贡献率为50.57%。验证性因子分析单因子模型拟合指标理想(χ~2/df=1.48,GFI=0.95,TLI/NNFI=0.98,CFI=0.98,RFI=0.93,RMR=0.02,RMSEA=0.04)。OPQOL-brief总分与效标SF-12总分正相关(r=0.43,P<0.001),并能区分卫生服务利用、跌倒、自理障碍、抑郁等不良健康结局(t=2.02~4.86,P<0.05;Cohen’s d=0.21~1.24)且年轻、收入高的老年人得分更高(t=-2.10~2.13,P<0.05)。Cronbach’sα系数与组合信度系数分别为0.91和0.90,Guttman分半系数为0.93,重测信度ICC为0.77。结论 OPQOLbrief中文版具有较好的信效度,可用于评估我国社区老年人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test the validity and reliability of the brief older people’s quality of life questionnaire(OPQOL-brief)in the community elders.Methods The OPQOL-brief was administered to a purposive sample of 536 elders selected from 13 communities in Jinan.We tested its validity and reliability by using Chinese version of OPQOL-brief.Results OPQOL-brief included 13 items and all of the item were positively correlated with total correlations(r=0.61-0.79,P<0.001).One factor was extracted using exploratory factor analysis and explained 50.57% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fitness of the single factor model(χ~2/df=1.48,GFI=0.95,TLI/NNFI=0.98,CFI=0.98,RFI=0.93,RMR=0.02,RMSEA=0.04).OPQOL-brief was positively correlated with SF-12(r=0.43,P<0.001),the OPQOL-brief significantly predicted health service utilization,fall,dependence of activity of daily living and depression(t=2.02-4.86,P<0.05;Cohen’s d=0.21-1.24),and the elders who was younger and had higher income got higher scores in OPQOL-brief(t=-2.10-2.13,P<0.05).The Cronbach’sαand the composite reliability coefficients were 0.91 and 0.90,respectively.Guttman split-half and test-retest reliability coefficients were 0.93 and 0.77,respectively.Conclusion OPQOL-brief is a highly reliable and valid short measure of quality of life in older people,and it is valuable in the assessment of quality of life in Chinese community elderly people.更多还原
