【摘要】 目的评价集束化管理对青少年2型糖尿病患者血糖及低血糖事件的影响。方法便利抽样选择2015年8月至2016年7月在河北医科大学第二医院内分泌科住院的青少年2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组接受常规教育,干预组实施集束化管理,两组均随访12周,比较两组患者血糖、HbA1c及低血糖事件发生率。结果干预12周时,干预组在降低血糖、HbA1c方面优于对照组(P<0.01);在有症状、可能有症状及相对低血糖的发生率方面低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化管理模式更有利于控制青少年2型糖尿病患者血糖,减少低血糖事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the cluster management on the blood glucose and hypoglycemic events of adolescents with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods By convenience sampling,60 adolescents patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly assigned into the control group and the intervention group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received convention health education and follow-up service,while patients in the intervention group were given cluster management,both followed for 12 weeks.Two groups of blood glucose,HbA1 cand incidence of hypoglycemic events were compared.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the levels of blood glucose and HbA1 cin the inter vention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The occurrence rate of symptoms,probably occurrence rate of symptoms and the incidence of relatively low blood sugar were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster management mode can help control blood glucose among adolescents patients with type 2 diabetes and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia events.更多还原
